We are starting outreach efforts to stores carrying Canna Brand products

The latest update on the Canna fight is this.

Outreach to Canna by the public has gone unanswered. Our efforts have definitely been noticed. Sources inside the offices of Canna have informed us that this is not the first time, nor will it be the last time, they have received a public backlash due to their aggressive legal actions.

Below I am attaching a prewritten letter of outreach that can be used by all to reach out to any and all stores that carry canna brand products. Please use this letter to help keep up the pressure on canna by influencing stores to show loyalty to small businesses.

Thank you everyone for reading and keeping up the fight. We cannot win without you, our community. If you get a response from a store please Contact us so we can share the response and support the store on social media.

Subject: Concern Regarding Canna Brand Products

Dear [Store Manager/Owner],

I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out as a concerned customer regarding the Canna brand products that your store carries. Recently, it has come to my attention that Canna has been engaging in aggressive legal action against small businesses over the use of the word “Canna” in their names, forcing them to undergo costly rebranding or even risk closure.

What is most troubling is that these legal efforts appear to be disproportionately targeting smaller companies while allowing larger brands, such as Cannatrol and Canna+ Nutrients, to continue operating without challenge. This selective enforcement suggests that Canna is not acting in the interest of brand integrity but rather using legal tactics to suppress competition from smaller businesses that lack the resources to fight back.

As someone who values ethical business practices and fair competition, I find Canna’s actions deeply concerning. I believe in supporting companies that uplift and strengthen the community rather than those that use their influence to harm smaller players in the industry. Because of this, I kindly urge you to reconsider carrying Canna brand products in your store. Choosing to support ethical brands sends a powerful message that bullying small businesses will not be tolerated.

I appreciate your time and consideration, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like additional information.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]
