The reason for this information being here is that the law firm protecting Canna’s brand and trademark has, in my opinion, over reached in their protection of it. We wish to open a discussion with Canna about their lawyers actions and resolve this as soon as possible.
The lawyers believe that any business using the word canna in their name is infringing on that trademark. Our opinion on this matter is that canna is a common community term and in common use among many official and unofficial brands. We argue that all of these brands have a right to use the common use word canna in their business names and brands.
