Brownie Mix Cookies with infusing directions.

Brownie Mix. Cookies are rich fudgey cookies made from only 3 or 4 ingredientst Easily thrown together, these chocolate cookles will be your go-to for now on! Easy, adaptable and delicious!

Makes 24 cookies

Ingredients

1 18 oz box favorite brownie mix

1/2 cup butter melted (infused if desired)

1 egg

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix together the brownie mix, melted butter and egg. (Infuse the melted butter with 2 grams RSO for approximately 25-35mg per cookie)

3. Scoop into balls and arrange on a cookie sheet.

4. Bake at 350 for 8 to 11 minutes(see tip below) or until the tops are no longer glossy.

Pro tip, time will vary depending on your oven, 8min = soft chewy, 9/10min = firm chewy, 11min = tough almost ginger snap like chewy.  How do you like your brownie edges?

5. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.

6. For best results, eat the same day they are made!  Remember the longer they rest the more firm they will get. A soft or firm chewy might be the best choice for longer storage.
